Norwood Studios is a proposed mixed-use redevelopment centered on Parcel 26, an approximately 3.529-acre site located along the Norwood Avenue corridor in North Sacramento.

The project is currently in the predevelopment and due diligence phase. The TTC Trust is evaluating site planning, infrastructure, utility requirements, engineering constraints, financial feasibility, development incentives, and applicable City of Sacramento approval processes.

Preliminary Redevelopment Vision

The current conceptual vision includes:

• Approximately 60 workforce-oriented studio apartments
• Four live/work units
• Neighborhood-serving commercial uses
• A Youth Learning & Tutoring Center
• A potential Neighborhood Public Safety Space
• Community gathering areas
• Evaluation of 3D-printed concrete construction
