The TTC Trust is evaluating conventional and 3D-printed concrete construction methods.

No building system has been selected. Construction cost, scheduling, structural performance, durability, energy efficiency, insurance, lender acceptance, code compliance, contractor qualifications, and long-term maintenance must be evaluated before a final construction method is selected.
