Current Status

Norwood Studios Live & Work remains in the early predevelopment and due-diligence stage. Nothing has been approved.

Current activities are focused on preliminary evaluation of site conditions, utilities and infrastructure, easement considerations, land-use requirements, development feasibility, potential incentives and financing resources, and the professional expertise that may be required to advance the project.

TTC Trust owns and controls the project property. TheGreen Spot LLC provides property and project management services on behalf of TTC Trust, and Thipalom serves as Project Manager for TTC Trust.

No final development team, site plan, architectural or engineering design, entitlement approval, permit, financing commitment, incentive approval, construction contract, development partnership, or development schedule has been approved or established.
